Connected Communities: Penryn! – May 2016

Gary and Derek were invited by the Falmouth School of Architecture in a visiting lecturer role for an event running across a few months called Connected Communities: Penryn.

The event involved two different workshops and a final exhibition for students to show the community how they would improve certain areas of Penryn as the ‘regeneration’ of Penryn has been a topic of discussion in the Community for some time now.

Bodergy on site! – May 2016

In 2014 we were approached to help transform a four bedroom detached house in Mawnan Smith in Falmouth, Cornwall. The site is in a unique location with views over the Helford River estuary to the South, with views North looking out over Port Navas, creating a very desirable location to live.

Conditional planning approval was granted in 2015, however the project went through a Value Engineering process and the design was changed accordingly.
