Our client Mustard Seed Property say the building will enable the “delivery of domiciliary care to adults with mental and physical disabilities. Overall creating a space for people to be independent, learn new skills and come together to build enhanced relationships”

As part of the project a retail unit on Alma Place is to be converted to a cafe/ farm shop/ community hub to complement the supported accommodation.

The refurbishment of this prominent historic building in the conservation area of Redruth is part of the overall regeneration of Redruth Town centre including Redruth Revial’s regeneration of the Buttermarket over the road.
