Koha Architects visit Castle Gayer! – March 2015

Over the last two and a half years Koha Architects have been involved in the Renovation of a high-profile landmark site located in Marazion, Cornwall. Castle Gayer sits on a promontory of rock that faces out onto St Michael’s Mount and is now approaching completion. Recently the team had a site visit to see how much has changed and to be able to appreciate how much work has been put into the project.

Work includes changes to the landscaping across the site, as well as alterations to the exterior and interior of the house itself with a new Garage and Guest suite annexe already being completed. It was remarkable to see how plans and concepts that were conceived on a page have come to life through the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been involved.

The main attraction of the development has to be the fully glazed Sunroom with a walk on Terrace above. The views that can be seen from these two locations are priceless and will surely add to the value of the property, we are excited to see how things will look once the project is completed hopefully this summer.
