Esher Rugby Club

In 2017, Koha worked on a fully modular, fast-track, affordable housing scheme that utilised prefabricated ‘pods’ for a site at Esher Rugby Club in south-west London. In a joint venture between the Rugby Club and Simplespace, the concept produced housing and a concept suitable for student accommodation in a much-needed location in addition to generating income for a new stand for the club.
