Marazion Private Residence

Koha has been working on this prestigious project since October 2012. The site is unique and commands a prime location on the seafront opposite St. Michael’s Mount. The existing building is a Victorian villa dating back to 1872 that has had many unsympathetic conversions and alterations over the years.

A listed folly building on the site as well as Conservation Area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty planning designations brought challenges as well as inspiration to the design process. We have helped transform the building and the site back to their former glory while securing planning permissions for extensions and new out-buildings in this sensitive location. Works started on site in May 2013 and were completed in February 2016.
