Bramble Bank, Feock

Koha has recently completed works on this commanding creekside property in Feock with stunning views towards the Carrick Roads. Purchased by our client in the 1990s, they had it refurbished by previous architects, and it was featured in an edition of Grand Designs Magazine in 2004. They were keen to reconfigure the property to meet the evolving needs of their family.

In 2020, Koha obtained planning permission for a modest extension that future-proofs the home. The extension works in harmony with the existing building, with a near-seamless transition between the old and new. We created a bright, welcoming entrance, modified kitchen, home office, bathroom, and additional bedroom equipped with six single beds for growing grandchildren.
