Koha Architects were commissioned to carry out a master suite loft conversion in the Falmouth Town Conservation area. This required extensive negotiations with the Town Council and Cornwall Council to obtain permission for the new dormer window.

The client is delighted with the result which gives them a grandstand views over the harbour view and Falmouth Town.
