Townhouse, Falmouth
Koha was asked to help rationalise the layout of an end-terrace townhouse in a popular area of Falmouth, overlooking Kimberley Park. Our Client asked us to design a scheme to change the Ground Floor into more of an open plan and to relocate the Kitchen as it was isolated from the rest of the property.
On the First Floor, we redesigned the layout to create a new bathroom and a separate Ensuite for the Master Bedroom as well as access from the Master Bedroom to an Outside Terrace.
