Alma Place - Housing in Cornwall for Vulnerable Adults

Koha was appointed as architect and lead consultant for the refurbishment and change of use to a historic town centre building being converted from retail/commercial use into residential accommodation for homeless people and vulnerable adults in Cornwall.

Mustard Seed Property Ltd. is a charitable organisation heading up the project which starts with the purchase of a building in Redruth. This is something as a company we feel very passionately about and feel very privileged to be able to contribute our experience towards, helping a good cause.
