Gary Wyatt, a director at Koha, recently toured around New Zealand for 2 months visiting family and friends and whilst there managed to check out some inspiring architecture and art. Gary spent 7 years living and working as an architect in Christchurch and returned after 12 years to see the changes that have occurred since the earthquakes of 2010 and 2011:

Meet Joshua, the newest Architectural Assistant to join the team at Koha.  Fresh from completing his part 1 undergraduate degree at Falmouth University. Joshua joined us in July 2023 and brings with him a passion for architecture and a drive to excel.

Our project in central Redruth is almost completed on site. It will provide a retail unit and five flats with supported living for people with learning difficulties. The proposals include on site accommodation for a support worker.

Koha Architects are delighted to announce our appointment for the refurbishment and conversion of a former pub in St. Austell purchased by Holy Trinity Church into a mixed-use café, flexible multi-use space, and administration space.
