Killigrew Street, Falmouth

Koha have been working with this well-known, commercial site in the heart of Falmouth since Summer 2019. We are working closely with our client to achieve planning on a refurbishment scheme designed to introduce 4 new retail units to Falmouth’s high street, alongside 10 residential units of varying size at first and second floor levels. The design of both the shop fronts and residential units have been designed in keeping with Falmouth Town Plan and Killigrew Street as a whole.
