Pendower Beach Hotel Regeneration
Koha Architects have produced proposals for the re-development of the site of the former 'Pink Hotel' at Pendower Beach on the Roseland Peninsular. The site is located in a highly sensitive area, with multiple designations including AONB, SSSI and Special Area of Conservation (SAC) status.
The aim is to bring new life and considerable physical and environmental improvements to the site which has sat derelict for more than a decade. The brief and design has been shaped and informed by the constraints, public feedback, off-site improvements and viability limitations.
