Treyew Road Apartments

In Autumn 2019, Koha were appointed to design a new three storey building containing ten apartments for a site in Truro, formally home to a branch of Lloyds Bank. The apartments are a combination of modest two and three beds, using a combination of traditional and local materials alongside sustainable technologies to create low carbon homes with views towards the city.
