Trinity Centre, St Austell

Koha Architects were the lead consultant for this re-development of a former pub, hairdressing salon and residential flats into a public café, multi-purpose rooms and administration for St. Austell Parish Church in the heart of the town centre. This involved extensive re-configuration of the existing structure to improve accommodation and remove defective building fabric.

The project has been much lauded locally and was short-listed for a Cornish Heritage Group award.
