The Bike Dock, Truro

Truro Cathedral identified the need for a designated space for bicycle and refuse storage as part of the Old Cathedral School Project. This coincided with the Ice Rink project and the acknowledgement that an adequate, permanent power supply would be required to service the ice rink and other future needs.

Combining these requirements into one building was the best solution, and working alongside Western Power and Cornwall Council we designed a lightweight contemporary structure aimed to blend into the tree-lined surroundings.
